Even with our busy schedules, it’s important to keep our backs healthy and strong! Find gentle exercises you enjoy and build them up gradually – you only have one back, so look after it!

If at any time you feel acute pain during exercise, be sure to stop. Exercise is good for the back, but please seek medical advice before exercising if you have underlying health conditions.
